As advised by our Engineering team, the chip design on the ink cartridge can only be used for 1 time and currently we only have 1 chip design. Hence, the 2nd ink cartridge with the same chip design will not work.
Our Engineering team is in the process of solving the issue and may take 3-month. As such, customers may purchase 1 set of ink cartridges for each printer usage until we solve the issue.
