Shipping & Returns

Shipping

a)      To Singapore:

1. We offer free shipping when order amount is above or equal to $45.0 SGD. Otherwise, a flat shipping rate at $6.0 SGD will be applied.

2. All products are delivered by our professional courier partner. More than 90% of the orders will be delivered in 1-to-2 working days after completing the payment of the order by 2:00 pm on working day.

3. We can arrange delivery from 9:00am to 9:00pm, Monday to Saturday. However, we do not make delivery during Sundays or Public Holidays.

4. We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore except restricted areas such as Sentosa Island and Military camps.

b)      To Malaysia & Brunei:

1. We offer free shipping when order amount is above or equal to $45.0 SGD. Otherwise, a flat shipping rate at $6.0 SGD will be applied.

2. All products are delivered by registered air-mails. Buyer will normally receive products within 6-to-12 working days after payment of order is received.

3. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

4. For HP/Samsung original printer supplies, we are not authorized to ship to Malaysia & Brunei.

c)      To Other Countries: Please contact our customer services.

d)      The products will be normally dispatched within the same day after payment of order is received by 2:00 pm on working day. If payment of the order is received after 2:00 pm, the products will be dispatched in the following working day.

e)      All orders are accepted subject to availability of stocks. When orders cannot be fulfilled due to any unforeseen events, full refunds will be made. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any claims or losses arising out of late delivery.

Returns

a)      We offer 60-day money back guarantee for both compatible and original printer supplies.

1. For Inkbow Compatible Printer Supplies

  • If you are not satisfied with the products, regardless whether the products are opened or not, you can return the products within 60-day of the purchase for a full refund of the product cost, as long as the returned ink or toner cartridges contains not less than 70% of the original ink or toner level.

2. For HP/Samsung Original Printer Supplies

  • Unopened Products in Sellable Condition – You can return the products within 60-day of the purchase for a full refund of the product cost.
  • Opened Products – It is non-refundable. However, you can contact HP Singapore Support Center directly if you need any technical support.

3. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

c)      We offer 180-day product warranty for both compatible and original printer supplies.

1. For Inkbow Compatible Printer Supplies

  • You will enjoy the product warranty support from Inkbow
  • You are eligible for a replacement of the product if you find any defects in materials and workmanship within 180-Day of the purchase.
  • We may request buyer to provide photos of proof for the defects. If a defect exists, we will replace with new products at no cost to the buyer with shipping cost borne by us.

2. For HP/Samsung Original Printer Supplies

d)      All refund, return or replacement request will only be processed if buyer has applied by writing in advanced and acknowledged by us.

e)      A refund request is typically processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. For example, if the buyer used a credit card as the payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to the buyer credit card. The refund period will depend on the processing of the bank after that.

f)      When making a refund, return or replacement request, please provide order number, list of products to be returned and the reasons to our customer services by email at support@inkbow.com or by phone at +65 8263 6290 (Singapore).
