1. If this is the first time you use compatible 462 series ink cartridge, you shall be able to use it without problem. However, please record down the Chip Serial Number on the paper box (refer to picture) so that you can advise us Chip Serial Number on your next order.
2. If you have used our compatible 462 series ink cartridge before, please provide the previous Chip Serial Number so that we will send you the ink cartridge with different Chip Serial Number for your next order.
