    Purchased the compatible drum unit from inkbow and installed it. Seems to be working perfectly. I would rate it 5 but since I am still testing it, I gave it a 4 rating check back in a few weeks time :)

    The drum unit saved me $$$ to replace a new printer. I bought the toner earlier, and before I replaced the toner, the drum unit failed to work. At first, it was out of stock, so was thinking of spending more to get the original or replace with new printer. Luckily the company managed to find 2-pieces after I email to check on next available date. Placed the order immediately, and actually missed the office closing period during Christmas and New Year. Expected to get very late, but then it arrived before my expected date late at night. Very happy with the service.
