      We offer 60-day money back guarantee policy. If buyer is not satisfied with Inkbow compatible products, buyer can return the products to us within 60 days of the purchase for a full refund of the product cost as long as the returned ink or toner cartridges contains not less than 70% of the original ink or toner level. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

    Moreover, all our ink and toner cartridges are manufactured in an ISO-9001 certified factory under high quality standards that meet the specifications and performances of the original products. It is very rare that our products could not work with your printers. If it happens, we highly encourage you to contact our customer service representative for assistance.
    Yes, we offer 180-day product warranty. If you find any defects in materials and workmanship of Inkbow compatible products within 180-day of the purchase, you can return the products and request for a replacement. You are assured your purchase is well protected.
    A remanufactured cartridge uses a recycled original manufacturer's cartridge shell which was specially cleaned and refilled with the special ink or toner and then was functionally tested to ensure excellent performance. A compatible cartridge uses a 3rd party new non-original cartridge shell instead of a recycled original manufacturer's one.
    OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. "OEM Canon ink cartridge" means an original genuine Canon ink cartridge. Inkbow currently offers 3rd party compatible or remanufactured ink & toner cartridges which are non-genuine OEM ink & toner cartridges.
